ROOTED IN UBUNTU · BEGINNING IN RWANDA
What we can do.
Together.
Bring a challenge. Discover what people need, what they can offer, and what they are willing to do next.
muggergolden helps small teams turn a shared challenge into a clear plan, voluntary commitments and a follow-up conversation.
Hosted pilot enquiries are open. Scope, date, group and fee are agreed before booking.
challenge.
The next useful contribution
may already be in the room.
An organiser keeps asking the same two people. Someone else has the contact, the time or the experience that could help. We make space to bring those pieces together—and decide what happens next.
- 01
Receive.
Bring the challenge and hear what matters to the people involved.
- 02
Create.
Connect needs with offers. Agree a realistic action, an owner and a check-in.
- 03
Give onward.
Follow through, acknowledge contributions and share what the group has learned.
FIRST OFFER / FACILITATED PILOT
One real challenge.
A working session.
A next step.
Our first offer is a facilitated pilot for a small team or project group. We prepare with the organiser, host a structured working conversation, and help the group record what it actually agrees.

MUGGERGOLDEN RELAY / INTERACTIVE LEARNING

UBUNTU / OUR STARTING POINT
People are the work.
Ubuntu is our starting point: our lives take shape through one another. We put that into practice by making room for contribution, correction, responsibility and mutual benefit. This is our working interpretation, open to learning from others.
- Participation is a choice.People may pass, pause or decline a commitment.
- Asking counts, too.A need deserves as much attention as an offer.
- Understanding can be corrected. The person speaking can say what fits—and what does not.
- A promise has a next chapter. We return to what happened, including what remains unresolved.
A few useful answers.
What is muggergolden?
An independent initiative founded by Jean Luc Ishimwe, developing facilitated working sessions and practical digital tools for shared progress. Rooted in Ubuntu and beginning with small-team pilots in Rwanda.
Who is the first offer for?
Organisers of small teams and projects with one real, bounded challenge: preparing an event, improving a handover, or coordinating a community initiative. Fit, group size and delivery arrangements are agreed first.
What is available today?
A fictional interactive example, a local worksheet and the first Relay hospitality course are available in your browser. Hosted pilot enquiries are open. A connected multi-user platform and automated follow-ups are not yet operating.
What does a pilot cost?
A written quote follows a short discussion of preparation, facilitation, location and follow-up. There is no checkout or automatic booking.
How are contributions shared?
The group agrees what belongs in its summary. The public worksheet does not send or store entries; it offers a text download or printout. Do not enter confidential or sensitive cases.
