I’m Jean Luc Ishimwe, founder of muggergolden. My experience in tourism, hospitality and events has shaped how I think about people arriving, contributing and making something happen together.

With Ubuntu as the starting point, I’m developing facilitated working sessions and practical tools for small teams. We begin with a real challenge, hear needs and offers, and record voluntary commitments. The first pilots are also how we will develop the approach with participants.

Rooted in Rwanda and open to learning from others. I use digital and AI tools in production. The choices and responsibility for what I publish remain mine.
