FACILITATED WORKING SESSIONS / RWANDA
One real challenge.
A working session.
A next step.
Our first offer is a facilitated pilot for a small team or project group. We prepare with the organiser, host a structured working conversation, and help the group record what it actually agrees.
Discuss a pilot →How the pilot begins.
Prepare
Agree one challenge, who should participate and the limits of the session.
Work together
Hear contributions and agree next steps in a facilitated session.
Return
At an agreed time, check what happened and what support is still needed.
What you take away
- A clearly framed challenge and agreed session scope
- A shared map of needs, offers and practical constraints
- Voluntary actions, named owners and a chosen check-in date
- A participant-approved summary and one agreed follow-up conversation
For the first pilot, we propose 4–8 adults and about 60–90 minutes. A short follow-up conversation is agreed separately. These are planning estimates, not validated durations.
Proposed pilot format, being developed through early sessions. Outcomes depend on the group and are not guaranteed.

j.ishimwe@muggergolden.comA few useful answers.
What is muggergolden?
An independent initiative founded by Jean Luc Ishimwe, developing facilitated working sessions and practical digital tools for shared progress. Rooted in Ubuntu and beginning with small-team pilots in Rwanda.
Who is the first offer for?
Organisers of small teams and projects with one real, bounded challenge: preparing an event, improving a handover, or coordinating a community initiative. Fit, group size and delivery arrangements are agreed first.
What is available today?
A fictional interactive example and a local worksheet you can use in your browser. Hosted pilot enquiries are open. A connected multi-user platform and automated follow-ups are not yet operating.
What does a pilot cost?
A written quote follows a short discussion of preparation, facilitation, location and follow-up. There is no checkout or automatic booking.
How are contributions shared?
The group agrees what belongs in its summary. The public worksheet does not send or store entries; it offers a text download or printout. Do not enter confidential or sensitive cases.
